About Us

Mr. Terry Dor is the President and CEO of TD Professional Consultants LLC, a company he founded in 2016. Under his leadership, the company has flourished, earning revenue through service fees—a direct result of his corporate experience of 16 years. In 2020, TD Professional Consultants was awarded a $1.15 million loan from the Small Business Administration (SBA), strategically reinvesting those funds to strengthen both the business and urban communities in which it serves. This initiative has cemented Mr. Dor as a major pillar in the African-American community.

Mr. Dor’s influence extends beyond business. A passionate advocate for social justice and equality, he played a crucial role in supporting Mayor Eric Adams’ successful NYC mayoral campaign. He also fought against workplace discrimination, winning a landmark victory case against TD Bank as a PROSE litigant under the Civil Rights Act of 1964. This victory led to a historic $3 billion fine against TD Bank, yes! Billion with a “B,” making it the largest bank fine in U.S. history received by the Department of Justice-DOJ in 2024.

Mr. Dor is revered as a trailblazer in the financial industry. Mr. Dor defies the odds and serves as an inspiration to future generations. He encourages minorities, to pursue success through business and community leadership. Going beyond the conventional paths of sports, entertainment, or crime. His ambition to drive change continues as he sets new sights on running for Congress to further uplift and empower communities across the nation and potentially worldwide.
